2) Discount Activation: Once a total of 10 deposits are collected from all participants, the price drops to the displayed price for everyone in the group.

3) Purchase Your Cabin: After the batch closes, we'll reach out to set up a purchase agreement. We offer financing options with as little as 20% down.

If the required number of deposits isn't reached, your deposit will be fully refunded. No further commitment is required, and you won’t be charged any additional fees.

Yes, you can commit to purchasing one or more cabins. The total number of deposits from all participants needs to reach 10 to activate the discounted price.

The $500 deposit per unit is non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel your spot in the batch, your deposit may be applied to a future batch at the discretion of Hideout.

If the purchase is not completed within this timeframe, the deposit may be forfeited and your spot in the group buy may be released to another participant.
