How Your Personal Information is Collected

We collect most personal information directly from you by telephone, text or email and/or via our website and apps when you reserve, pay for, or stay in a vacation property rental through Hideout. However, we may also collect information:

From publicly accessible sources;
Directly from a third party, e.g.,:

Business partners who may offer additional services in connection with the property you booked;
Credit reference agencies;
Customer due diligence providers;

How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept
