Group Buying Program Terms

Introduction

The following terms govern your participation in our group buying program for The Escapist cabins. By placing a deposit and participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Deposit and Payment

1. Deposit Requirement: To secure your spot in the group buying program, a deposit of $500 is required.

2. Refund Policy:
   The $500 deposit per unit is non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel your spot in the batch, your deposit may be applied to a future batch at the discretion of Hideout.

3. Pricing: If the group buying goal is met, the price drops to the displayed price per cabin. Prices are subject to change at any time before or after the batch closes. If the price changes after the batch closes, Hideout will offer the option of either accepting the new price or refunding the deposit.

Group Buying Program

1. Batch Requirements: The discounted price is activated once we secure orders for 10 cabins.
2. Commitment: By placing a deposit, you commit to purchasing the cabin if the batch requirement is met.
3. Batch Closing: The batch will close once the required number of commitments is reached or at our discretion. We will notify you of the batch closing date.

Order Confirmation

1. Final Payment: After the batch closes, you will receive an order confirmation with instructions for completing the final payment.
2. Payment Deadline: The initial payment must be made within 30 days of the order confirmation. Failure to make the payment within this period will result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your order.

Changes and Cancellations

1. Modification Rights: Hideout reserves the right to modify or cancel the group buying program at any time before or after the batch closes.
2. Price Adjustments: If the pricing changes after you place your deposit, before or after the batch closes, you will be notified and have the option to cancel your participation for a full refund.

Delivery and Installation

1. Timeline: Delivery timelines will be communicated upon batch closing and final payment.
2. Delivery: Hideout will coordinate the delivery of your cabin. Any additional costs or requirements for delivery will be your responsibility and discussed prior to finalizing the purchase.

Liability and Warranty

1. Warranty: Your cabin comes with a limited warranty, details of which will be provided with your purchase agreement.
2. Limitation of Liability: Hideout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the group buying program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Hideout operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
